Our Story

We met as doctoral trainees during an immersive field experience in South Africa, where we worked alongside community organizations responding to trauma, systemic inequity, and complex mental health needs. What began as a shared professional experience quickly became a deep friendship rooted in mutual respect, curiosity, and a commitment to culturally responsive care.

That partnership continued in Germany, where we further honed our understanding of international psychology, cross-cultural systems, and global approaches to mental health and healing. Across borders and contexts, we learned that effective psychological care must attend not only to individuals, but also to the social, cultural, and structural environments that shape their lives.

Since then, our paths have woven through a range of clinical and professional settings. Together, we bring complementary backgrounds in international psychology and clinical care, with experience supporting individuals, families, and systems navigating trauma, identity development, transition, and change.

At the heart of our work is a shared belief: healing is relational, culturally grounded, and deeply human. Our practice is informed by evidence-based approaches and shaped by global perspectives, lived experience, and an ongoing commitment to learning. We value collaboration, humility, and care that honors the whole person within their unique context.

What began as a friendship across continents has evolved into a professional partnership grounded in trust, shared values, and a passion for compassionate clinical care.
